Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has informed that the Company had filed an application for change of name of the Company from ‘Shreyas Shipping and Logistics’ to ‘Transworld Shipping Lines‘ with the Registrar of the Companies (ROC). The ROC has approved the availability of the desired name ‘Transworld Shipping Lines’ vide their approval letter dated 02nd July 2024 and the said name is valid for 60 days from the date of approval.
