Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has informed that, based on the confirmation received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, it has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner within the prescribed time and the details are furnished to the stock exchange, for the quarter ended 30th June 2024. Further, it has certified that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed. The copy of confirmation from the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company is enclosed.
