Infibeam Avenues has received approval to acquire balance 26% stake from the existing Shareholder of Infibeam Digital Entertainment. Post acquisition, it would become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company. The object of acquisition is to obtain 100% control and also to grab opportunities in digital media technology and live events. The said acquisition is expected to be completed within 30 days. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 09, 2024 has, inter alia; approved the same.
