With reference to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015. In accordance with the said regulation, Hind Rectifiers has informed that it enclosed the details of the rating assigned by CRISIL on July 9, 2024. CRISIL Ratings has upgraded its ratings on the bank facilities of the company to ‘CRISIL BBB/Stable/CRISIL A3+’ from ‘CRISIL BBB-/Stable/CRISIL A3’. The upgrade reflects the sustained improvement in the business risk profile of the Company driven by the increasing scale of operations.
