Veranda Learning Solutions’ material subsidiary-- Veranda Race Learning Solutions has raised Rs 10 crore through the allotment of 1000 senior, secured, redeemable, unlisted, and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of a nominal value of Rs 1,00,000 each, to the investors identified. The board of directors of the company at their meeting held on July 10, 2024 has approved the allotment of the same.
