Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Inland Printers has informed that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on 11th July, 2024 appointed Digambar Shriniwas Goli as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 11th July, 2024 and further designated him as Key Managerial Personnel effective from the same date. The details of Digambar Goli as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the Annexure I.
