In terms of regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transport Corporation of India has informed that the Company has been intimated by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFIN Technologies, vide its letter dated 11th July, 2024 about the receipt of loss of Share Certificate. The letter received from RTA is attached as a proof of date of receipt of information by the Company.
