Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that the Company/RTA had on 12th July, 2024 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s, Company/RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-RTAMPIPICIR/2022/B dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
