Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Avalon Technologies has informed that on Monday, July 15, 2024, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, through Circular Resolution, allotted 79,424 equity shares to the employees, consequent upon exercise of their ESOPs, at an exercise price of Rs. 20/- as determined under the ‘AVALON - Employee Stock Option Plan 2022’. In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from ? 13,15,27,358 comprising of 65763679 equity shares to ? 13,16,86,206 comprising of 65843103 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
