Two wheeler manufacturer, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched a new scooter, Activa-I, priced at Rs 44,200 (ex-showroom Delhi). The gearless scooter powered by a 110-cc engine, has an under seat storage space of 18 litres and will be available for sale across the market by the end of the month.
Honda Motorcycle currently has three other gearless scooter models Dio, Activa and Aviator, all of which are powered by 110 cc engines, priced between Rs 44,718 and Rs 53,547 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is the wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Honda Motor Company, Japan. Founded in 1999, it was the fourth Honda automotive venture in India, after Hero Honda, Kinetic Honda Motor and Honda Siel Cars India.
