In Compliance with Regulation 13 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Hindustan Organic Chemicals has informed that it enclosed Statement of Investor Compliant status for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2024 provided by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTAs), Big Share complaint status for the period 01/04/2024 to 30/06/2024. During the aforesaid period ‘three (3)’ complaints were received and two of them resolved. One is pending for second level review from SEBI.
