Further to its letter dated 28.06.2024, it has also informed that the ‘Trading Window’ [dealing in shares of the Company by designated persons] is closed from Monday, 1st July, 2024 and will reopen after expiry of 48 hours from the time the results of the aforesaid period become generally available, in terms of SEBI [Prohibition of insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 Regulations, 2015.
