Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Anjani Portland Cement has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper notice published in Business Standard (English) All India edition and Nava Telangana (Telugu) Hyderabad edition, on July 16, 2024, providing information about the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company including information pertaining to e-voting, in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule, 2014, as amended from time to time, Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Secretarial Standards of General Meetings issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
