Nocil has informed that pursuant to the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme-2007 as amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 30,000 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each on 16th July, 2024 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company. The details of the Company's Equity Share Capital before and after the issue of 30,000 Equity Shares as aforesaid are given in the attached document.
