Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, KMP and other designated employees, etc. covered under the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as implemented by the Company, till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. up to 5th August 2024.
