Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015, Punjab Communications has informed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Jain & Associates, has submitted the revised Independent Auditors Report for the period ended 31st March, 2024 after incorporating the required disclosure/reporting related to audit trail under Rule 11(g) of the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the revised Independent Audit Report for the period ended 31st March, 2024 by way of circulation on 16th July, 2024 and revised report is enclosed.
