The company has enclosed copy of the proof of the date of receipt of information as acknowledged by its Registrar and Transfer Agent for the same. The company will issue the duplicate Share Certificate only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the respective Shareholder. Details of the share certificate are enclosed.
