Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; after the receipt of requisite documents, they will issue the letter of confirmation in lieu duplicate share certificate to the Shareholder subject to compliance of required formalities in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
