Coromandel International has executed agreement to subscribe to equity shares in Coromandel Crop Protection Philippines Inc (CCPP) by infusion of $193,000 (upto Rs 1.56 crore). This infusion of $193,000 will increase the company’s stake from 40% to 93.23% and then CCPP will become a subsidiary of the Company.
Further Investment in CCPP is with the intention to gain control on the market/ channel by owning registration/ brands and establish direct access to the channel. The acquisition shall be completed during second quarter of FY 2024-25.
