Emkay Global Financial Services has informed that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation (NRC) Committee of the Board by way of Circular Resolution on 18th July, 2024 have transacted the following business: Approved allotment of 77,450 Equity shares of Rs.10 each under ESOP-2007 scheme to the eligible employees of the Company on exercise of stock options vested in them. Consequently, on allotment of equity shares under ESOP Scheme-2007, the issued, subscribed and the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased from 2,47,12,676 equity shares to 2,47,90,126 Equity shares of Rs 10 Each. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 (SEBI SBEB & SE Regulations), the details of shares allotted as above are given in Annexure I to this intimation
