Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores has informed that the Company has received a communication under Regulation 28(5) of the Competition Commission of India (Procedure in regard to transaction of business relating to combinations) Regulation, 2011 informing that the Commission, in its meeting held on 18 July 2024, considered the combination and approved the same under Section 31(1) of the Competition Commission Act, 2002. A copy of the letter dated 18 July 2024 of CCI in this regard is attached. The closing of the transaction is subject to fulfilment of other requisite conditions provided under the Share Purchase Agreement dated 25 April 2024.
