Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Schneider Electric Infrastructure has informed that the Company has received an Order 117/SUP/R-V/KOL-N/24 in Form GST DRC – 07 from the Office of the Superintendent, RangeV, CGST & CX, Bidhannagar Division, Kolkata, North Commissionerate relating to excess ITC claimed for the financial year 2017-18 and accordingly, demanding the excess amount along with the penalty.
