Aurum PropTech has informed that there is no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds, from the objects stated in the Letter of Offer for Rights Issue of the Company dated April 08, 2022. A statement confirming that there is no deviation or variation in the utilisation of these proceeds for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee, is attached. The total funds received as the proceed of right issue is Rs. 203.11 crores. Out of the total funds received, Rs 201.90 crore has been utilized for the objects as stated in the Letter of Offer for Rights Issue of the Company dated April 08, 2022. The balance of Rs 1.21 crore is yet to be utilized.
