Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sumeru Industries has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29th July, 2024 at 3:00 pm to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. Further, in continuation to its letter dated 27th June, 2024 and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, in accordance with Code of conduct of the Company, it has informed that trading window of the Company has been closed since 1st July, 2024 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024.
