Suvidha Infraestate Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 20th July, 2024 have decided to: Convene the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on Friday, the 27th September, 2024 at 12.00 noon through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA General Circular No. 9/2023 dated 25th September, 2023 read with the requirements laid down in Para 3 and Para 4 of the General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 and earlier circulars issued in this regard extending relaxation by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA circulars) and in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act) and SEBI Circular dated 6th October, 2023 and 7th October, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as SEBI Circulars) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
