Further as intimated earlier vide its letter dated June 28, 2024 the trading window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from the closure of business hours of July 1, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company i.e., till August 2, 2024.
