In terms of the provisions of regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shyamkamal Investments has informed that Mavji Ramji Gala (DIN: 10670773) has resigned from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 23rd July, 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates his valuable contribution and support during his term as the Director of the Company. Further, the Company have received confirmation from Mavji Ramji Gala that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter and the same is enclosed. Further, the disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in Annexure A.
