Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in equity shares of the Company by all the designated person of the Company including their relatives shall remain close from 1st July, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
