Exicom TeleSystems’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Exicom Power Solutions B.V has established a wholly-owned subsidiary company namely ‘Tritium Power Solutions’ in the England and Wales. Consequently, Tritium Power Solutions has become a stepdown wholly-owned subsidiary of Exicom Tele-Systems. Tritium Power Solutions shall inter-alia engage in Manufacture of batteries and accumulators; Manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment for motor vehicles and their engines; Repair and maintenance of other transport equipment not elsewhere classified; and Activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified.
Exicom Tele-Systems specializes in power systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and other related solutions.
