Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that the Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Members of the Company was held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 3:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). In this regard, it has enclosed the following: 1. Voting Results under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 marked as Annexure A; and 2. Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report dated July 26, 2024 for remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015 marked as Annexure B.
