Strides Pharma Science has informed that Strides Pharma Global Pte. Limited, Singapore, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated a company in New Zealand in the name of ‘Strides Pharma New Zealand Pty Limited’ on July 26, 2024. Strides New Zealand shall hold market authorizations for the products in New Zealand and shall also undertake trading in pharmaceutical products. Requisite disclosures in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as an Annexure.
