With reference to the mail dated July 01, 2024 regarding non-compliance identified by BSE in terms of Regulation 60(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for which fine was imposed on the Company. As per the instructions in the said e-mail, the matter was placed before the Board in its Meeting held on July 25, 2024. Paisalo Digital has informed that Board took note of the same and instruct the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to take care of timely Compliances in future. Further it has informed that fine imposed by BSE vide its email dated 01.07.2024 regarding imposition of fine for non-compliance of provisions of Regulation 60(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, has already been paid by the Company on July 02, 2024.
