Shah Alloys has informed that details of Shareholder bearing Folio No. B01112 in Intimation regarding a request for issuance of Letter of Confirmation in lieu of Share Certificate(s) lost under Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 and XBRL Filing thereof submitted with the exchanges vide letter dated 26.07.2024 are mentioned inadvertently due to wrong intimation by Bigshare Services, Registrar and Transfer Agent through its email received on 25th July, 2024. After communication with Registrar and Transfer Agent, they have confirmed that there is no issue of Duplicate Share Certificate(s) in lieu of Share Certificate(s) lost to Babitaben kantilal Sathvara JT1- Kantilal Bhikhabhai Sathvara JT2-, Shareholder bearing folio number B01112. They have enclosed the corrected Intimation regarding a request for issuance of Letter of Confirmation in lieu of Share Certificate(s) lost under Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015. They also undertake that rest everything remains same/unchanged except the changes as mentioned above. They sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to the stakeholders.
