Quint Digital (QDL) has completed the acquisition of the stake held by 360 One Seed Ventures Fund- Series 2 (formerly IIFL Seed Ventures Fund - Series 2) in Quintype Technologies India on July 30, 2024.
Earlier, the company had received approval for acquiring the entire equity stake, held by 360 One Seed Ventures Fund- Series 2 in Quintype Technologies India, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 25.43 crore, subject to the completion of customary conditions precedent and applicable closing adjustments, if any.
Quint Digital is primarily engaged in the business of running websites through web, digital or mobile media and which may include various information including current affairs, lifestyle, entertainment etc.
