LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 101248W/W-100022) as Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a period of 5 consecutive years from the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting. Earlier SRBC & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants, held the position of Statutory Auditors. They were appointed Auditors at the 19th Annual General Meeting. Their term expired on 30th July, 2024 on conclusion of the Company’s 24th Annual General Meeting.
