Kirloskar Electric Company has informed that, the Company’s Unit No.15 situated in Hirehalli, Tumkur district has received a demand notice from Employees Provident Fund Organisation (‘EPFO’) with respect to recovery of dues under section 7Q of the Employees Provident and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (‘the Act’) and damages by way of penalty under section 14-B of the Act. The detailed disclosure as required under regulation 30(6) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations is enclosed as ‘Annexure - A’.
