In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window of the Company has been closed for trading in shares of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2024 and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited financial results by the Company.
