Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Unichem Laboratories has informed that Link Intime India, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has received request for issuance of duplicate share certificates from the shareholders of the Company, who have reported the loss of their Original Share Certificates, details thereof are enclosed. The said shares have been put in ‘Stop Transfer’ by RTA and they have been further advised by the Company to verify the particulars of the request and advise the shareholders accordingly. As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue a ‘Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu of a Duplicate Share Certificate to the concerned shareholder after completion of necessary formalities.
