In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, Exicom Tele-Systems has submitted a copy of the Investors’ Presentation on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2024 of the financial year 2024-25, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, to be discussed during the Investors’ call scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 10:30 am (IST). The Board of Directors of the Company has, considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company, in its meeting held on August 5, 2024.
