Lupin has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Lupin Lanka’, Sri Lanka. Lupin Lanka will be engaged in the business of Pharmaceuticals in Sri Lanka. The company will make initial investment of $200,000 in Lupin Lanka. The Company will hold 100% shareholding in Lupin Lanka.
