Jaykay Enterprises has executed loan agreement with JK Defence & Aerospace (JK Defence), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for disbursement of loan upto Rs 59 lakh to JK Defence. JK Defence will utilized this amount towards deposit of application money with Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority, Lucknow for allotment of land parcel.
Jaykay Enterprises manufactures synthetic yarns, fibres and fabrics, portland and white cement, chemicals, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibre-making machinery, and chemicals, and develops renewable energy sources.
