In compliance with Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, M M Forgings has informed that an intimation has been received from Cameo Corporate Service, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) vide their mail dated 06 August 2024, in respect of receipt of information for loss of share certificates and issue of duplicate share certificate to such shareholder in lieu of original share certificate reported lost / misplaced by the shareholder, as details enclosed. The email dated 06 August 2024, as received from Cameo Corporate Service, the RTA in this regard is enclosed. The RTA / Company will comply with all necessary formalities, verify the necessary documents furnished by the said Shareholders and thereafter issue a ‘Letter of confirmation’ in lieu of physical certificate(s), to the said shareholders within the stipulated time.
