Physical rubber prices remain unchanged on Tuesday

Physical rubber prices showed a mood of consolidation on Tuesday with decline in the domestic and international futures keeping the local prices under pressure.

Spot prices for RSS- 4 and RSS- 5 variety closed unchanged at Rs. 175.50/ kg and Rs. 170.50/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, contract of July delivery dropped to Rs 172.90 compared to its previous closing of Rs 174.04, while August delivery closed at Rs 169.80 compared to its previous closing of Rs 171.34 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
