Tata Communications is reportedly planning to raise Rs 1,000 crore through sale of its assets and in this regard, the company is in talks to sell its Mumbai land. The company may sell the Mumbai land for Rs 400 crore. The company, earlier in April this year, sold a piece of land in Chennai for over Rs 192 crore in line with its objective of monetizing non-core assets. This land parcel and building was earlier being used as a staff housing colony.
