Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Capital India Finance has informed that Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013), the statutory auditors for Rapipay Fintech, a material subsidiary of the Company, have submitted their resignation vide letter dated August 06, 2024, effective immediately. In this regard, they are enclosing the following: a) copy of resignation letter stating the reason for resignation, enclosed as Annexure A; and b) information obtained from the statutory auditor upon resignation as per circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/ CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, enclosed as Annexure B.
