Control Print through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company i.e. Control Print B.V. (CPBV), has further purchased 50,000 equity shares at Euro 3.98 per share of Markprint B.V., a Step Down Subsidiary Company amounting to investment of Euro 199,000 and which has resulted into increase in 5% equity stake into Markprint B.V. Accordingly, CPBV has increased its shareholding from 80% to 85% into Markprint B.V.
MTAR Technologies has received export orders worth $16.73 million (approximately Rs 140 crore) in Clean Energy – Fuel Cells vertical for execution of power units and associated components. As per the contract, $9.10 million orders shall be executed in FY 2024-25 and balance orders will be dispatched by Q1 FY 2025-26. The company is expecting further orders in this vertical that will be executed in FY 2024-25 itself. These orders shall support the revenue targets guided by the company for FY 2024-25.
TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) has secured a new business contract from JCB in India for managing their in-plant warehousing and logistics operations at their facility in Vadodara, Gujarat for three years. JCB has been TVS SCS’ one of the first few clients for more than two decades, with TVS SCS offering aftermarket warehouse services in Bhaproda, Haryana for Parts distribution. TVS SCS’ in-plant logistics services for JCB’s Vadodara plant will comprise end-to-end warehouse management, from unloading and put-away of parts to picking and lineside feeding. The company will deploy Material Handling Equipment (MHEs) and employ close to 110 personnel for this contract. JCB’s Vadodra plant manufactures fabrications and components for JCB’s plants Globally.
Faalcon Concepts has received order from Altrus Healthcare Opp. Utrakhand Gramin Bank, Dehradun, Utrakhand, India with order value amounting to Rs 1.99 crore. The order is for supply of Glass, Glazing & windows with monthly billing related to material delivery & performance. The said order is expected to be completed in 4 months.
Godrej Consumer Products has received approval from Board of Directors to enter into a new business viz. Pet Care, through one of its subsidiary. The new line of business for the Company falls in Pet Foods. The expected benefit of venturing into the new line of business is diversification of revenue streams. The company will invest Rs 500 crore over a period of 5 years in one of its subsidiary company and plan to commence production in second half of FY 2026. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 7, 2024 approved the same.
Kaycee Industries, the listed subsidiary of Salzer Electronics (Salzer), is all set to acquire a strategic stake in a high-end DC Fast Charging technology company - UltraFast Chargers (P) (UFC). Through this acquisition, Kaycee will become the single largest shareholder (holding 30%) in UFC on a fully diluted basis. This transaction further solidifies Kaycee and Salzer’s position as a leading South Asian company in ‘New Age Electrical Technology Products’. The said acquisition will be completed before September 30, 2024.
GE T&D India has received order from Power Grid Corporation of India for Implementation of Unified Load Dispatch and communication ULDC Phase-III SCADA/EMS Upgradation Project Eastern Regional SLDCs and RLDC. Broad consideration or size of the order is Rs 305 crore. The said order is expected to be completed by February 2026.
