In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Tasty Bite Eatables has informed that a minor ammonia gas leak that occurred at its plant located at Post 490, Village Bhandgaon, Taluka - Daund, District - Pune, 412214, Maharashtra, on Wednesday, August 07, 2024, at about 7:40 am IST. All the employees of affected area responded promptly as per established safety protocols and evacuated the area. The company has been fortunate that no one sustained any serious injury in this incident. Few of the individuals who felt discomfort were immediately taken to nearby hospital. They are stable and out of any danger now and under good care of medical professionals. The point of leakage has since been rectified. However, the safety and wellbeing of its employees are its top priority, and the company take incidents like this very seriously. The company is conducting a thorough check to ensure that all necessary measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future. There was minimal disruption to operations and most of its production lines are now running. Furthermore, it has promptly informed the relevant departments and statutory authorities about the incident. Any further development related to this incident will be intimated within due time.
