Kerala Ayurveda has acquired 51% stake in the equity share capital of Om Vedic Heritage Centre PTE., on August 7, 2024 at a consideration of SGD 280,000 (equivalent to Rs 1.77 crore) as per the executed Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement.

The company is already present in the business of manufacturing and marketing ayurveda products. The proposed transaction will help the Company to significantly enhance business operations. The collaboration will integrate the expansion strategy in Singapore.

Kerala Ayurveda is a One-of-its-kind, Full-spectrum, and Listed Ayurveda Company in India.
