Lupin NZ will be engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical devices in New Zealand. Lupin NZ was incorporated under Certificate of Incorporation dated August 8, 2024, issued by the Registrar of Companies New Zealand under the Companies Act 1993.
