Spandana Sphoorty Financial has raised Rs 54.99 crore through the allotment of 5,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each at a premium of Rs 9,984.25 per debenture, on private placement basis. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated August 08, 2024, approved and allotted the same.
